Refund Policy
 Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise stated.
 If a product is not delivered due to Company error, we may offer a replacement or
refund at our discretion.
 Refunds are not issued for failure to cancel before the billing deadline.
Returns and Replacements
 If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
 We may require proof (e.g., photos) to process a replacement.
