Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise stated.
If a product is not delivered due to Company error, we may offer a replacement or
refund at our discretion.
Refunds are not issued for failure to cancel before the billing deadline.
Returns and Replacements
If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may require proof (e.g., photos) to process a replacement.
