Terms of service
By purchasing a subscription from Snail Mail Bible Tales, you agree to the following terms
governing recurring billing, product fulfillment, and account management. This agreement
forms a binding contract between you (“Customer”) and Snail Mail Bible Tales (“Company”).
Your subscription includes:
A recurring shipment of one letter each month.
Delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Shipping cots included in the subscription (unless otherwise stated).
Billing and Payment
You will be charged $12 per month on a recurring basis.
Your first charge occurs at checkout.
Subsequent charges occur automatically every 30 days.
By purchasing, you authorize the Company to charge your payment method on file
until you cancel.
If payment fails:
We may retry the charge automatically.
Access to future shipments may be paused until payment is successfully
processed.
Automatically Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle.
No additional authorization is required for renewal charges.
It is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription prior to the next billing
date if you do not wish to continue.
Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders are processed after each successful billing cycle.
Products will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout or updated in your
account.
All letters will ship the 5 th of the month, starting the month after your first payment. If
the 5 th falls on a holiday or weekend, the letter will be shipped the following business
day.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect
addresses provided by the Customer.
Shipping Address and Recipient Information
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Subscriptions may be sent as gifts; the name and address entered at checkout will
be used for delivery.
Changes to shipment information must be made before the next billing date to apply
to the next shipment.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid the next billing charge cancellation must occur at least 48 hours before your
next billing date.
Cancellations submitted after this window may apply to the following billing cycle.

Refund Policy
Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise stated.
If a product is not delivered due to Company error, we may offer a replacement or
refund at our discretion.
Refunds are not issued for failure to cancel before the billing deadline.
Returns and Replacements
If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may require proof (e.g., photos) to process a replacement.
Account Management
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including
payment and shipping details.
Failure to update information may result in delays or missed shipments.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks and provide proof of
agreement to these terms.
Modification to Subscription
The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, product contents, or shipping
schedules.
Customers will also be notified of material changes in advanced.
Continued use of the subscription after changes constitutes acceptance.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from use of the subscription service.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent billing cycle.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
